5 Easy Ways to Use Social Media to Boost Virtual Sales

5 Easy Ways to Use Social Media to Boost Virtual Sales

Know your Audience:

Your organization must know who your audience is before you can successfully address their pain points, entertain them, and then transform them from followers to paying customers. Read into your analytics and ask yourself these questions: what times they are most active on social media, on what platforms are they most engaged with your content, and what is their age and gender? What do they like or dislike? Once you have a profile down on who you are wanting to reach, you will better be able to address their pain points and successfully market to them.

Create Valuable Content to Engage and Entice your Audience

Creating valuable and educational content helps your audience pinpoint their problems and gives them solutions. Social Media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter are great platforms for brands to provide valuable content to their audiences. It should always be compelling and engaging enough to entice them to make a purchase. Whether it be a membership, tickets, or even a donation.

Repost User-Generated Content

This is one that we believe gets overlooked so often. If someone takes a picture at your theater, posts it, and tags you, absolutely repost the photo and tag the creator in it. It doubles the exposure for your company when you do this. We also wanted to mention that when you do this, it actually increases the chances of a potential customer buying online. They see someone else on social media like them that has bought tickets or a membership, so now they are wanting to do the same! All because you shared user-generated content.

Invest in Social Media Advertising

We highly recommend educating yourself on social media advertising and what it can potentially do for your business. Social media platforms have billions of users. Every social media platform has an option to create ads or promote content that you have already posted. Either is a great option. This will ensure higher visibility for your brand to reach your relevant target market, and higher visibility means more chances for your sales to skyrocket from social media.

Don’t Be Afraid to Engage with your Audience

This means like, comment, share, and save other businesses that are in your local community and on social media. Use social media to engage with your people, and you’ll grow your brand and increase sales.

Agile Ticketing Solutions’ Latest Innovation

March 25, 2020 By Bryce Bilello

AgileLINK VOD

With theaters closing due to COVID-19 health crisis and with no definite date for reopening, it is extremely important to find alternate ways to continue to bring in revenue. People are being asked to stay in their homes until further notice and while they are there, they are going to want to watch movies and films. If you cannot bring people to your theater during this time, why not bring the theater experience to them? This feature allows you to do this.

Introducing AgileTix’s latest innovation, AgileLINK Streaming Payment Manager, which allows theaters to show films to their patrons in the convenience of the patron’s home. With this service, patrons will have the option to purchase a ticket through the theater, and in return will receive a link to a digital rental of the movie that they are able to view directly at home. With options to purchase a membership and donate to your organization during the checkout process. Now you can bring the theaters to your patrons.

Why Use This Feature?

There are many reasons why patrons will want to purchase these rentals through your theater. With this feature, theaters can offer new independent movies that people may not be available to watch at home otherwise. Many people go to theaters so that they can see the newest movies possible. Being able to watch new movies at home is a huge benefit for them. Also, people want to help out small businesses as much as they can during this time. If it means supporting a small business, people will happily pay for a ticket through their local theater. Many independent theaters have lots of loyal customers, and there is no doubt those customers will want to help their favorite theaters during these very hard times.

If you are potentially interested in adding this service to your organization and would like to find out more, click here.
