We have collected some data that supports a strong correlation between offering social distance seating and an increase in concessions sales. With the Agile Ticketing Solutions Software, you can let your customers purchase concessions ahead of time cutting out the time they would have to stand in line before going to find their seats. We have seen a correlation between having social distance seating and an increase in concessions for those who offer to order it ahead of time. We believe that even if you are no longer needing to social distance at your theatre, you may want to think about offering reserved seating and we believe you will still see an increase in concession sales by offering advanced concessions.
How do we use the social distance seating feature?

Once you have built your seating chart, you will need to determine what the spacing between seats needs to be to ensure proper social distancing. Once you have determined what your social distancing requirements are, you will need to add these rules to your reserved seating chart. With this feature, customers or sales agents are able to select seats for purchase, and the system will automatically place the surrounding seats in a defined hold group. This makes sure there is adequate space around all groups of customers so that they can follow social distancing guidelines. This feature works with manually picked seats and auto-assignment. Once a ticket is sold, the Agile Ticketing Solutions Software will automatically block off the surrounding seats, leaving you peace of mind that your staff and patrons are safe!
Once set up, this feature will give customers and box office staff a clear indication of which seats already have people sitting in them and which are unavailable.
