Social Distance Seating in 2021
We are so excited that neighborhoods across the US and Canada are starting to reopen and we want you to be prepared. The social distance seating feature will allow your venue the peace of mind to know you’re keeping staff and patrons safe. If you are planning on reopening your venue, you’ll most likely need to implement social distance seating and lucky for you Agile Ticketing Solutions offers this service.
With this feature, customers or sales agents are able to select seats for purchase, and the system will automatically place the surrounding seats in a defined hold group. This makes sure there is adequate space around all groups of customers so that they can follow social distancing guidelines. This feature works with manually picked seats and auto-assignment. Once a ticket is sold, the Agile Ticketing Solutions Software will automatically block off the surrounding seats, leaving you peace of mind that your staff and patrons are safe!
Once set up, this feature will give customers and box office staff a clear indication of which seats already have people sitting in them and which are unavailable.
